ABOUT BALLOU INSURANCE SERVICE

Ballou Insurance Service is a small, family owned, independent insurance agency that has been faithfully serving the insurance needs of hundreds of satisfied customers in Idaho and Washington for over twenty years. We not only have access to a variety of essential insurance products through a number of different carriers with normally very competitive rates, but we are also very customer service oriented. The list of insurance carriers we currently represent includes Safeco, Foremost, Dairyland, Kemper, Idaho State Insurance Fund, as well as a number of general agents and bonding companies that can accommodate a myriad of specialty or difficult-to-place insurance requirements.

What sets us apart from the larger agencies is the degree of our personal attention to the insurance needs of our customers. Where some agents might not have the time to thoroughly explain the products and explore the numerous possibilities with their customers to help them find the most suitable coverages, we make this our priority.
